Tomorrow is the Day!!

Tomorrow is our first visit to the Single Ventricle Survivorship Clinic at CHOP. These visits always make me nervous. You can never get too comfortable or assume that things are always going to go smoothly. I have learned my lesson one too many times! With that said, I am praying for an awesome report. Will update, and maybe do some live blogging from CHOP.
